I am a Product/UX Designer
with a strong background in UX strategy, creating user-centered designs that simplify complex workflows and drive user engagement across multiple platforms.
I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to deliver designs that meet both business objectives and user needs.
My strengths include problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering high-impact solutions that align with overall product vision.
In my Master’s study in Human Centered Design and Engineering
at University of Washington, I expanded on my knowledge of the UX methodologies and theories. In addition, I had the opportunity to work with various companies to create well researched designs using the design process. The most interesting part of my studies was the opportunity to study how to design for Extended Reality (VR and AR) experiences.
Before moving into product design, I worked in user research
for three years at Forrester in Boston, Massachusetts, where I evaluated user experiences for Fortune 500 companies using heuristic reviews, user testing, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

At Avalara, I led UX design & strategy
in GenAI and help experiences, as well as global onboarding, setup, and notifications initiatives. My focus was on simplifying complex workflows and enhancing user engagement across various platforms.
I worked closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to deliver user-centered designs that aligned with business goals and addressed user needs.
